The training was highly effective in integrating theoretical knowledge with practical application. The core principles of Agile and Scrum methodologies were presented in a clear and understandable manner and enabling participants to gain practical knowledge through relevant case studies.

The trainer’s experience and effective teaching approach fostered an engaging and interactive learning environment, with participants’ questions addressed through practical insights and professional experience. In particular, the training helped me gain a more systematic understanding of the role of a Scrum Master, Agile team collaboration, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Retrospectives, and other key activities.
