Public officials enhance their knowledge through Capacity-Building training under the Smart Government II project

The Smart Government II Project supports capacity-building activities aimed at enhancing the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of public officials from beneficiary organizations. As part of this effort, 12 officials from the E-Mongolia Academy successfully completed a course on Agile and Scrum Master methodologies.
Through the training, participants strengthened their understanding of Agile and Scrum principles and gained practical skills for effectively organizing teamwork, planning work, and managing product development processes.
