Project Steering Committee

Project Steering Committee (PSC) is responsible for providing Implementing agency, Project Implementation Unit, Beneficiary agencies with policy guidance for efficient implementation of the Project. PSC is established through the order of the Chief of the Cabinet Secretariat of the Government of Mongolia with ref no 2015/180.

Roles and responsibilities of the Project Steering Committee
  • Provide Project implementing agency, Project Implementation Unit, Beneficiary agencies with policy guidance to ensure efficient implementation of the Project ;
  • Take responsibilities in accordance with the “Smart Goverment Project” financing agreement and provisions of Article 11 of the Regulation on utilization of proceeds of foreign loans of the government and  implementation, administering, financing, monitoring and evaluation of projects and programs funded by such proceeds (Finance Minister Resolution 2015/196).
