REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

(CONSULTING SERVICES – INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT SELECTION)

 ASSIGNMENT NAME: CONSULTANCY SERVICE FOR MARKETING AND OUTREACH TO SUPPORT AND MANAGE INITIATIVES DEDICATED TO NARROWING THE DIGITAL DIVIDE PREVALENT AMONG SENIORS IN UNDERSERVED COMMUNITIES

SCOPE OF WORK

The consultant will be responsible for the following key activities:

Task 1: Manage the recruitment of 100 tertiary Students to provide digital literacy for 1,000 seniors (above the age of 50)

• Develop a marketing and outreach strategy to attract tertiary students and youth interested in volunteering for the sub-project.
• Coordinate of outreach and promotional activities to engage potential student volunteers and spread awareness about the project’s impact.
• Organize the selection and onboarding process of student volunteers.

Task 2: Seniors’ Participation

• Develop marketing and communication strategy to attract seniors and target group participants to the events.
• Provide assistance and support to seniors during the program.

Task 3: Management and Coordination

• Engage with key stakeholders to increase awareness about the project and its impact.
• Collaborate with other team members during the project management process.
• Coordinate with volunteers and vendors to ensure a seamless experience.

CONTRACT DURATION:

The assignment is expected to commence in April 2024. The duration of the consultancy will be eight (8) months.
