ODRA (Open data readiness assessment) report was introduced for public on November 13, 2018 at Mongolian National University’s Library, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

Smart Government Project, implemented by Cabinet Secretariat of Government of Mongolia and  financed by the World Bank, announced  ODRA report and the key results.

Within the scope of the Smart Government Project,  ODRA survey was conducted first half of 2018 using  the World bank ODRA tool 3.1.

Mr. U.Byambasuren, deputy chief of the Cabinet Secretariat of the Government of Mongolia, gave opening speech.
