Project Steering Committee

Project Steering Committee (PSC) is responsible for providing Implementing agency, Project Implementation Unit, Beneficiary agencies with policy guidance for efficient implementation of the Project. PSC is established through the order of the Minister of Digital Development and Communications of Mongolia with ref no 01/59 on 16th of June, 2023.

Roles and responsibilities of the Project Steering Committee
  • Provide Project implementing agency, Project Implementation Unit, Beneficiary agencies with policy guidance to ensure efficient implementation of the Project ;
  • Take responsibilities in accordance with the “Smart Government II Project” financing agreement and provisions of Article 7.10.1 of the Regulation on utilization of proceeds of foreign loans of the government and  implementation, administering, financing, monitoring and evaluation of projects and programs funded by such proceeds (Finance Minister Resolution 2021/04).
